Gmail’s April’s Fool: Gmail Paper
By tonet on Apr 9, 2007 in Fun and Interesting
Google team was celebrating April’s Fool by releasing a ‘new function’ in Gmail where you can request Gmail team to print the paper version of your email - by selecting the mail to be printed and click the ‘paper archive’ button, and they will send your ‘paper archive’ emails via post.
For curiosity sake, I logged in to my gmail account. It was hillarious if they actually put the ‘Paper Archive’ button in the menu and at the end of the day report how many users actually clicked the button. I was one of them. Ha ha ha

Good thing I was not fooled by that one. Most of the popular sites do that kind of thing.

Lol…I was one of them as well. I didn’t realize it was an April Fool’s gag though since I never went to back to the page. I thought it would’ve been great to have them send me the contents of my spam folder though. What a huge waste of trees that would have been =/
