Meeko

Meeko is a very charming, smart, and sweet dog. He’s been lost for 3 weeks and I’ve been looking for him in the neighborhood. I was thinking he has been out courting a bitch which he usually does. I’ve been so sad and frustrated. I always pray that he’ll find his way home and in good hands. I heard a bad news this morning from my mother that… he was murdered. This morning, my mom told my neighbor that Meeko’s missing. She told her that they saw him dead on blocks nearby and buried him. They used to be the owner Meeko. The dog was given to us because Meeko always sneak out from their house because he was battered by the two dogs they owned. I think he finds peace, love, and contentment in our house because whenever his out he always finds he’s way home to ours. My family treated him equally with our other pets. I was so upset, sad, and I cried. I just knew that they killed him. How will they know that he was killed? Why they are the one who buried him? And, they never informed us!
I had a spiritual experience with him. After four days he was lost. I dreamed one afternoon (around 3pm) that he was tapping the gate. Our driver was shouting that “Meeko’s home.” I was so excited to see him. He looks cold and very sad. I hugged him tightly. Then, I was holding a woman’s bag with me. I checked out what’s inside the bag, some woman’s stuff and a 3310 cellphone. My dream was interrupted when my cellphone rung…
It was strange that I dream during day time. A night before that I was praying that Meeko will come back. I was thinking after I dreamed that it’s a sign that he’s coming back alive but then hearing the news today…. “it’s a sign that he indeed came home after his death.”
I know from my heart that he’s in Heaven right now.

i had the same experience. we thought our dog was just spending his time with our kapitbahay. little did we knew that he became the pulutan of the tambays two blocks away.
dont worry. wherever he is now, im sure he found his peace.

So sad to hear of this. . Im sure this is a bad time for you.. I was saddened reading your post. But its ok tonet. . At least meeko is in a safe place up there. .
