I’m in my Mid 20s
By tonet on Aug 12, 2007 in Health and Beauty, Life and Experience
I’m turning 24 yrs old next month. Being mid 20s, I’m getting more interested in skin care. I could see little fine lines forming on my forehead and under my eyes. In time, they will be a lot visible. Though, I am usually mistaken as high school (Ha ha, thanks for the compliments!), I still want look younger and healthier in years.
Intrinsic aging, also known as the natural aging process, is a continuous process that normally begins in our mid-20s. - Skin Care Physicians
Factors that causes Skin Aging:
1. Cigarette smoke: No
2. Sun exposure: Sometimes
3. Lack of exercise: Yes
4. Alcohol use: Occasionally
5. Stress: At work
6. Lack of sleep: Yes, sometimes I only sleep less than 8 hours.
My Anti-Aging Checklist:
1. Mild Cleanser
2. Exfoliate skin once a week.
3. Toner
4. Night Cream
5. Day Cream
6. Sunblock
7. Facials
8. Eat Healthy Food
9. Enough Exercise
10. Positive Thinking
11. Drink 8 glasses of water
12. Don’t frown or less facial expressions
While some signs of aging are inevitable, there’s a lot you can do to look your best at any age. Taking good care of yourself is the most important step in your anti-aging skin care program.

Don’t care about the forehead lines - the beauty comes from the inside and you have it
… and your blog reflects that too!
Btw: Thank for the BlogCatalog add - I have returned the favor of course
