The last film I saw that I was so scared that it took me for weeks of chills and terror was The Eye … until I saw 1408. I don’t usually get scared by anything but this movie really got under my skin.
1408 is a 2007 film based on the Stephen King’s short story of the same name directed by Swedish film director Mikael Hafstrom. The cast includes John Cusack and Samuel L. Jackson. It is a story of a man played by John Cusack who specializes in debunking paranormal occurrences checks into the fabled room 1408 in the Dolphin Hotel. Soon after settling in, he confronts genuine terror.
Once, John Cusack is inside the 1408, a chilling suspense thriller awaits. It draws you into a claustrophobic chamber of terror for a surprisingly thrill ride. John Cusack was a fantastic and talented actor! He’s perfect for his role.
This is an awesome horror movie, you can watch with your girl and she will be all over your arm, and head scared as hell.
